I am 24 and starting a 3 year primary teaching qualification course at St Mary's University. I am looking to rent out the second bedroom in my flat. It is £500 per calendar month and that includes water/electricity/TV licence/internet. I enjoy going out and socialising with my friends but also like a quiet night in. I am also very sporty. I am looking for a friendly and sociable tenant who is non smoking. The flat is on the 2nd floor (top of building) and has street (non permit) parking. The building is 8 years old. It is on bus routes 371, 65 and N65. Richmond Park is a 25min walk away and Teddington Lock is 10min walk. There are regular trains/tube to London from Richmond and trains from Kingston.
